PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
General No-Refund Rule
By placing an order with Littlelamb, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final. Our company does not accept order cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal reasons, or if you simply change your preference after an order is confirmed and paid for.
Specific Non-Refundable Circumstances
Without limiting the generality of the above, refunds or exchanges will not be provided for the following reasons:
Product Color Variation: Slight color variations due to monitor settings or photography lighting.
Artisan Craftsmanship: Natural variations inherent in handcrafted or artisan items.
Pre-Owned / Vintage Items: Items sold “as-is” based on pre-purchase photos provided to the customer. Ordering confirms acceptance of the item’s exact condition.
Overseas Shipments: Once an item is shipped internationally, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All shipping risks (including delays, customs, or damage) are borne by the customer.
Your Statutory Rights (Defective or Incorrect Goods)
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights under the laws of Hong Kong.
If the item you receive is faulty, defective, materially different from the description, or not authentic, you may be entitled to a remedy.
Notification Window: You must inspect the item immediately upon delivery. Claims for defective or incorrect items must be reported to our customer service (via WhatsApp: +852 6829 0380) within 3 calendar days of receipt, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.
Remedy: If we confirm a valid defect or error, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs you incur. This is your exclusive remedy for such claims.
Out-of-Stock Items
In the rare event that an item is out of stock after you have ordered, our company reserves the right to issue a full refund to you. This is the sole remedy in such a situation.Return/Exchange Procedure
- Notify our customer service colleagues via FB inbox or Whatsapp.
- Return the item with all original packaging (e.g., box and accessories) intact and in pristine/unused condition.
- Visit our store in person to exchange/return the item, or send the item back to our store via SF Express.
Order Fulfillment Period
- Orders must be fulfilled within 10 days from the order date. If fulfillment is not completed within 10 days, the customer may choose to pay the full balance. Otherwise, the order will be treated as abandoned and the deposit will not be refunded.
Shipping Information
- Local Buyers: Items valued below HK$20,000 will be shipped via SF Express collect. Items valued at HK$20,000 or above can be shipped via SF Express collect or delivered personally.
- Overseas Buyers: Our company ships worldwide via DHL. Detailed photos of the item will be provided before shipment. Confirmation signifies acceptance of the item’s condition. Once shipped, our company does not accept exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. All risks associated with shipping are borne by the customer.
Out-of-Stock Items & Refunds for Returns/Exchanges
- Our company strives to guarantee product quality. If an item cannot be provided due to limited supply, we reserve the right to issue a refund.
- Our company reserves the right to modify all refund/return/exchange policies without prior notice and retains the right to refuse any transaction. Littlelambreserves the final right of decision in case of any disputes.
