Consignment Terms

  1. Littlelamb (Legend Corporate Company Limited, hereinafter referred to as “Littlelamb”) reserves the right to accept or decline items for consignment or buyback.
  2. Littlelamb does not guarantee the successful sale of consigned items.
  3. Consignors wishing to retrieve items must provide Littlelamb with at least 72 hours’ prior notice. Retrieval requires presenting the “Littlelamb Consignment Agreement Copy” and valid identification at the original consignment store. If retrieval is requested within 30 days of consignment, Littlelamb may charge a 5% administrative fee.
  4. If Littlelamb fails to return the item to the consignor within 30 days of retrieval notice, the item will be deemed sold. The consignor agrees not to claim additional compensation for the item’s rarity, uniqueness, sentimental value, appreciation potential, or other reasons.
  5. Littlelamb reserves the right to return items to consignors. If unclaimed within 30 days of return notice, Littlelamb may dispose of the items (including destruction) without accountability or obligation to share proceeds.
  6. Consignors acknowledge that consigned items may sustain normal wear from rental, display, handling, or storage. Littlelamb bears no liability for such damage. Consignors must inspect items upon retrieval; post-retrieval complaints will not be accepted.
  7. If Littlelamb loses a consigned item, compensation shall be 80% of the agreed selling price. The consignor agrees not to seek additional compensation for rarity, uniqueness, sentimental value, appreciation potential, or other reasons.
  8. The maximum consignment period is 3 years. If unclaimed within 30 days of return notice, Littlelamb may dispose of items (including destruction) without accountability or obligation to share proceeds.
  9. Littlelamb may modify these Consignment Terms without prior notice. The latest version will be published on our website. Continued consignment after modifications implies acceptance of revised terms.
  10. Littlelamb retains final interpretation rights and all rights regarding these Consignment Terms.
  11. Items identified as counterfeits/knockoffs/infringing products will be handled by customs authorities. Consignors must pay verification fees: HK$680 (non-Hermès items) or HK$980 (Hermès items).
  12. Littlelamb bears no liability for consigned items damaged by force majeure (e.g., war, civil unrest, natural disasters).
